Chef Kevin Dundon Chef Kevin Dundon is the culinary mastermind behind Glenbrody Gourmet Sausages. The Irish-born chef has been a force in the restaurant world for more than 20 years. From stays in Dublin and Switzerland to representing Canada in the Culinary Olympics, Dundon has worked at some of the top kitchens in the world. During his career, Kevin has cooked for many well-known celebrities, including Her Majesty the Queen, President Bush, and Bono. He is a regular on Television and Radio in the U.K. and in Ireland and has been featured on many network shows in the U.S. as well as the Food Network. In 2003, Kevin was contracted by the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to be the Signature Chef in its Irish pub/restaurant, The Nine Fine Irishmen. Since opening, The Nine Fine Irishmen has enjoyed rave reviews and has been the recipient of numerous awards for excellence. Kevin is also Chef/Patron of an Irish Gastro Pub in Disneyworld called Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, as well as a second gastro-pub which recently opened in Disneyland, California. Though Kevin's profile continues to grow, he remains passionate about his role as a Chef and has used his talent and experience to create Glenbrody Gourmet Irish Sausages.
